BIOGRAPHY/BAND HISTORY:
I started to play both guitar and drums when I was about 10 years old. I played more or less them both some time, but then I got my first electric guitar, Marlin Sidewinder and after couple of years another guitar, Epiphone Les Paul.
Soon I realised that playing drums gave much more to me, so I sold my both guitars and bought drums. After playing drums about 6-7 years my right hand's wrist started to ache like hell every time I played and so I had to give up drumming and get back to the guitar playing.
And even thought YOU are not interested about this: It still pisses me off that I can't play drums. Goddamn!
I've played in couple of bands during my "career". My first actual serious band was called "Motivaatio". We played music that was close to band called "Apulanta" back then, with a little bit of our own style. We made 2 demos and got even a "demo of the month"-mark from Soundi-magazine from the last demo. That band broke up as I had to give up drum playing. Our singer-guitarist didn't want a new member to the band so… fuck it then.
My second band was a funk-rock band called "Scam". We rocked about 2 years and after that our second guitarist left that band we changed style to bit heavier and changed the band name to "Blankpage". It was forced to break down after a year because every member lived around Finland and rehearsing came too hard to arrange.
A little bit before "Blankpage" broke down, I joined to "Dead Shape Figure" and made it soon my actual main band. It's been a blast so far and I'm looking forward all those times yet to come!
