I was guitarist/vocalist in one band once and our bassplayer passed out during one slow song....??? It was weird experience when I continued the gig with bass...:-)

Out of drinks and all equipments out of tune...

I don´t read so much, but "bandbooks" are usually great... Mötley´s "Dirt" and Kiss´s "behind the mask" and Nightwish -book are "under work" at the moment...
