Biography
Mikael Arnkil (Born 26.02 in Helsinki) is the bass player in the band Impaled Nazarene. Mikael was also a member of the bands: Nevergreen as the drummer (1999 - 2001), N.O.E. Panic in which he played drums, guitar, bass and did the vocals (1990 - 1991), Abhorrence as the drummer (early 90´s) and Antidote as the drummer (1989 - 1999).
His influences include: Cliff Burton (r.i.p.), Ron Royce, Lemmy, Steve Harris, Iron Maiden, old Celtic Frost, Slayer and alcohol!
Other than playing in Impaled Nazarene Mikael says his interests include: tattoos (check:Arc's Project TA2), hot chicks, cars & car tuning, reading, all computer shit and beer.
Arnkil uses the following equipment: ESP Ltd TA-500 bass 400W amp, Warwick Pro Fet IV Warwick WN Terminator Cabinet and BOSS Bass Overdrive ODB.,
