been playing guitar since 2003 (not counting a 3/4 acoustic with one string; which i tormented in gradeschool by learning the melody in rap superstar by cypress hill, among others). my taste in music started by listening to eminem (i know...) and by a strange fluke started to engulf myself in metal, so there's been a lot going on between eminem and swallow the sun. metallica (and my mom who forced me to go to the audition at a local musical school) is the reason why i'm playing guitar today, because i saw james hetfield playing and thought 'i just gotta do that, too when i grow up!' (a cliche? so what!).
