Biography
OCCUPATION: Studying to become an editor
MUSICAL INFLUENCES:Phil Anselmo, Burton C. Bell, Max Cavalera, Ville Laihiala, Jonny Santos, Evan Seinfeld, Marko Annala, Robb Flynn, Devin Townsend, Dave Mustaine, Aki Viljanmaa. And this is just to name a few. Metal-based, as you can see.
HOBBIES: I´m a sports fan: I like to watch it and to do it. My specialities are soccer and ice-hockey. Listening to some good tunes and learning to play my guitar(slowly, but not so surely) are my other weaknesses.
GEAR: I´m not a technical guy, so the guys usually recommend me something when it comes to purchasing gear. I´m currently using Shure mics.
WHAT DO I DO IN THE BAND: Because I´m not much of a player, I usually don’t get involved in the composing process (occasional meddling excluded). I write most of the lyrics though. I try to keep them down-to-earth: things that piss me off or affect me in other ways. I like energetic, raw music and that’s what I try to add into our stuff.
FAV. BANDS: Mokoma, Fear Factory, Spineshank, Sentenced, Machine Head, Fall of the Leafe, Pantera, In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, To/Die/For, Strapping Young Lad and DTB, Stuck Mojo, House of Pain, ICP, Painflow, Faith no more, Stam1na…Could I go on? I most certainly would.
