Biography
Teemu Saikkonen (born 1973 in Lappeenranta) is one of the founding members and the drummer of The Machete. He also occupies the drummer's throne is up-and-coming band called Black Bile.
Tools of Saikkonen's trade: endorses Balbex 7B (white hornbeam) sticks; Pearl Reference Series drums in Purple Craze colour; 2 x BD 22"x18", TT 10"x8", TT 12"x9", TT 13"x10", FT 16"x16", FT 18"x16", Pearl Steve Ferrone Signature 14"x6½" and Pearl FFS 14"x5" snares; cymbals of various makes and models.
