KORPIKLAANI: New Video Interview Posted Online

Barry Anderson of Metal Storm conducted an interview with bassist Jarkko Aaltonen of Finnish folk metallers KORPIKLAANI at this year's Hard Rock Hell festival, which was held December 4-5, 2009 at Pontins in Prestatyn Sands. North Wales, United Kingdom. Watch the chat in two parts below.
KORPIKLAANI will embark on a North American headlining tour in January. Support on the trek will come from SWASHBUCKLE, TÝR and WHITE WIZZARD.
"Karkelo" (English translation: "Pleasure" or "Party"), the sixth album from KORPIKLAANI, was released on June 26 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Petrax studio in Hollola, Finland.
KORPIKLAANI's previous CD, "Korven Kuningas", came out on March 21, 2008. The CD entered the album chart in the band's home country at position No. 16.
