ANCARA - Release date for Chasing Shadows revealed

Ancaras third album "Chasing Shadows" will be released in Augusth 26th. The first single "We Paint December" can be heard at www.ancarasite.com and www.myspace.com/ancara

Frontman Sammy Salminen tells the song is about a global political opinion: "I wanted to write a song like "Black Snow" from our first album. I still like the lyrics in that one. "We Paint December" is not a preaching song, but more of a story about fearimages of the future. I think the humanity is painting our last colours in to our works right on the very planet, if nothing will change. The song is one of the heaviest songs on the album and it was one of the last songs that we finished in the sessions. Because planning the christmas starts earlier each year, so how about we put to our wishlists: Dear Santa, could we get a new brain to our society?"
