STRATOVARIUS: Previously Announced Finnish TV Acoustic Performance To Air May 18th, Upcoming Warsaw Show Postponed

STRATOVARIUS keyboardist Jens Johansson has checked in with the following update:

"Timo Kotipelto (vocals) and Matias Kupiainen (guitars) will be performing one song acoustically in Finnish MTV3 on May 18, 20:00. In the earlier news update here, I got some information mixed up. The TV2 appearance on May 2nd was an interview. The one acoustic song performed by Matias and Timo will actually be broadcast on May 18, in Finnish channel MTV3. The show is called Ne Salmiset. Sorry about the misinformation!

Sadly, the Wacken Rocks shows have been postponed due to an issue beyond the control of either Stratovarius or the Wacken Rocks arrangers. The entire event has been rescheduled for the end of August. Here are the new dates:

The Polish Stratovarius gig on May 24th will also be cancelled because of this. We will try to reschedule and fit Warsaw (and possibly some other Polish shows) around the end of August also. More news when we have it."
