AJATTARA Enter Finnish Album Charts

Helsinki metallers AJATTARA have entered the official Finnish Album Charts at #8 with their new album, Noitumaa, out now via Ranka Recordings. Ajattara's their sixth album is available in standard CD and limited edition CD plus t-shirt.
The band's previous album, Kalmanto, was released in Finland on September 5th, 2007, entering the Finnish album charts at #18.

This album sounds like a bad joke. I wonder how the continue selling records with releases such as this. Their first release, Itse, was a seriously good, groundbreaking album, and it has been downhill for them ever since.

Yea, I checked these guys out, but I was not impressed at all! Their guitar and bass sound reminds me of "Nu-Metal" in a way and the vocals sound like a bad version of Children of Bodom. Their music hardly has any melody to it and it's rather boring as a result. If you want good metal from Finland, Wintersun, Kalmah, Turisas, Sonata Arctica, Nightwish, COB, Ensiferum, and Tarot are all better alternatives IMO.
