CHARON: 15 Songs Written For New Album

Finnish gothic metallers CHARON have finished writing 15 songs for a new album which the band expects to record early next year for a 2009 release. According to the group, the new tracks "pretty much all kick ass."

CHARON will play a special New Year's Eve (Decemebr 31) show at Club Relax in Moscow, Russia.

CHARON's latest CD, "Songs for the Sinners", debuted on Finland's national album chart at position No. 6 back in September 2005. The follow-up to 2003's "The Dying Daylights" was recorded at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki with producer Mikko Karmila.
