THAUROROD: Details About The Debut Album

The melodic metal band THAUROROD has two successful demos which have proved its originality and ability to create a powerful, deep music, with a symphonic and emotional touch. The skills of the young musicians have been praised in reviews and it is finally the time to reveal some facts about the coming debut album.

Thus they speak:

"First of all, the album's title has now been decided. The title for the first album of Thaurorod will be "Upon Haunted Battlefields". Artwork for the album will be done by Henkka Villberg. The same guy who made the Artwork for "Morning Lake" and "Tales of the End".

We're still concidering about the studios that we want to use on mixing and mastering the album. However, the drums will be recorded at Studio Watercastle in the beginning of January.

It seems like we will have to mix those two demo songs by ourselves and we are going to do that on the following weekend. So if all goes as planned we are able to send them for mastering on Monday!
