ENSIFERUM Live At WACKEN 2008: Video Available

Professionally filmed video footage of the Finnish folk-influenced melodic death metal act ENSIFERUM performing the song "Iron" live at this year's Wacken Open Air festival — which is being held July 31 - August 2, 2008 in Wacken, Germany — can be viewed below.

ENSIFERUM's latest album, "Victory Songs", was released in the UK on April 7 via Spinefarm Records. This special UK version of the record comes complete with the bonus EP "Dragonheads" — a six-song, 26-minute CD recorded by the Finnish outfit in 2006.

"Victory Songs" is the third full album to bear the ENSIFERUM banner since the band started its recording career for real in the summer of 2001; and in support of its official UK release, the five musicians played a concise run of UK shows as a key ingredient in the "Paganfest European Tour" package. Also appearing on the "Paganfest" bill were MOONSORROW, KORPIKLAANI, TYR and ELUVEITIE.
