DEATHLIKE SILENCE: Second Album Recording Session!

Deathlike Silence is the group that brought to our ears a new sound of metal: gravedigger metal, as the involved musicians prefer to call it. With a dark atmosphere, stunning female vocals and at the same time catchy and sinister melodies, the band made a name for itself in 2007, due to the excellent debut album 'Vigor Mortis'. Moreover, the song 'Six Feet Under The Ground' reached the status of hit in Finland last year.

2008 means work for the second album. The recording sessions have started on the 13th of June in Helsinki, at the Soundtrack studio. The day was picked carefully, the band says, "in hopes of gaining the right amount of sinister atmosphere in the studio amidst the light of summertime". The material has no name yet and no further information has been disclosed.
