THE BROKEN SUN signs to Irish Rose Music

Those Northern winds are blowin' from Helsinki, Finland.....

Hollywood, CA and Helsinki, Finland - June 20, 2008.  The Summer Solstice marks the official beginning of the partnership between Irish Rose Music and The Broken Sun of Helsinki Finland.

"We’re thrilled to be a partner of The Broken Sun, one of the best metal bands around. A little known fact is that The Broken Sun placed Best Finnish Newcomer in the 2007 Metal from Finland Awards. These boys are on fire!" states Michelle McCarty, Founder & President, Irish Rose Music.

Global interest in Finnish music is growing significantly, particularly in the U.S., Canadian, Mexican and Australian markets. States Ms. McCarty, "It's our goal to bring these deserving artists into the awareness of the global markets. The Broken Sun is gearing up for a plethora of shows in Finland and a mini tour through Russia and will be coming to North America this fall to celebrate the release of their debut full-length album, The Beginning of the Bitter End.
