NIGHTWISH: New Video Interview With TUOMAS HOLOPAINEN Available

Holland's FaceCulture conducted an interview with NIGHTWISH mainman Tuomas Holopainen after the band's fan meet-and-greet session at the Hard Rock Café in Amsterdam, Holland. Watch the interview in below. Tuomas talks about being adored, signing autographs, the fans, how the band's new singer Anette Olzon is coping with the pressures of touring, and his own idol Richard Dean Anderson and how he got his autograph. NIGHTWISH will announce its upcoming U.S. fall tour dates on April 8.

"The Islander", the new single from NIGHTWISH, will be released on May 21 and will include the following tracks:

01. The Islander
02. Escapist (instrumental version)
03. Meadows Of Heaven (orchestral version)

Additionally, it will include the videos for "The Islander" and "Bye Bye Beautiful".

The video for "The Islander" was shot last autumn in Rovaniemi, Finland and was directed by Stobe Harju. The clip will premiere on April 14 at 7:00 p.m. (Finnish time) on MTV Finland's show "Spanking New".
