THE MACHETE has issued the following update on their official Myspace:
"Tuomo's last gig in the band will be in Jyväskylä in 11.1.2008. Tuomo comments: I have thought about this for a long time. I couldn't find enough time or motivation anymore to do my job as well as I would have wanted. I want to thank the band and the fans for the great moments I've experienced in the band during these years.
The Machete is currently writing new material and will continue to operate in the future. The bands is seeking a new singer."
