MYGRAIN: Orbit Dance is 1 year old!

MyGRAIN has posted the following celebration context on their official website:

"Hey there folks!

We just realised that it's been exactly a year since our debut album Orbit Dance came out. Time has passed so quickly and we have had so many awesome moments with all the people we have met during this great year. A sincere thank you goes to all of you: the bands we've toured with, people from Spinefarm, our dear gigbooker Teemu Suominen, busdriver/photographer/handyman Toni "El Diablo" Salminen and a bunch of other people who have helped us on the way. And the last but not least - cheers for you who have bought our music and visited our gigs. You're great!!!

And then a few words about the future. We still have a couple of gigs left and after we've played them we'll enter the studio (Sound Supreme - the same place where we recorded Orbit Dance) in 10th of September to record our second album. As a few of you may have noticed, the studio schedule got delayed a bit and therefore the album will be published in February/March 2008. The working title of the album is "Signs of Existence". The songs are already written, now we just have to rehearse them more and perform some minor changes. What we can tell you about the new songs is that you can hear something new and old in them. We really feel that we've found our own sound on these new songs. Actually we've already played two of them live on this spring's gigs: Karmadiction and Deathstomp.

So after we've played the few gigs we have left we'll have a six month's gig break and return on the stages as "Signs of Existence" is out next year. We hope you won't forget us - we won't forget you for sure!!! :)
