Biography

During the winter 2008 after dozens of line-ups and decades of throwing their heads on the wall, this orchestra took the very first form. Four individuals (Ville, Timo, Janne, Mikko) were the gentlemen who wanted to escape the blunt and conventional reality with clashing songs written more and more to-the-point. Honest and straight forward metal. At that point they wondered along calling their selves as Treatment. Along came another guitarist (Tuomas) and about the same time the bass player took off. No distress, an old friend (Tommi) who was bound to kick the shit out of a four-string was attached to the band.

 After this short so called history, the band evolved into a five-piece and the name was changed to Volymian. Slowly mutating and constantly growing, a studio was booked. The result was a self-titled demo, including three songs loaded with whiskey, temporary insanity and occasional depression.

Present status consists rehearsing and arranging songs for the upcoming EP. Live-set is shaping continuously and these slightly too comical suiciders are eager to fill the stage again. So spread the word, keep hating yourself and embrace the hangovers. Every relentless bastard out there, feel free to join this delight of agony.
