What to do in a small, cold country called Finland? Stay inside and play guitar? Maybe start a band while you're at it? That's a fucking great idea! During the biggest fear of the end of the world, The Freakdolls was originally formed in 1999, but due to several crash n' burns the Dolls called it quits few years later.

In 2003, rock n' roll was never the same again: the band was back better than ever and this time to stay with a completely new line-up. With influences like KISS, Buckcherry, Cheap Trick, Dead Boys, T. Rex and David Bowie you really can't go wrong. This four-piece-heartbeat of rock n' roll has done 2 EP's of pure energy and power. The first one was released in May of 2004 and was sold out in 2 weeks. It also earned a Finnish radio station YleX's demo of the week award in fall 2004. The year 2005 was very slow time for The Freakdolls because the whole band were stuck messing around with Finnish Army. But until the beginning of 2006, everyone got themselves out of there and the band started rolling again. The second ear-blaster-EP was released in August of 2006 and more is on it's way.

So... put down your books, open a bottle of wine and a can of quaaludes while blasting the The Freakdolls from your stereos. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, pretty ones and put-downs, The Freakdolls!!!!
