A four-rider strong stoner/doom/metal thunder rising out of Helsinki, Finland, formerly known as Erotic Support, whose second demo "II" received praise from both audiences and critics alike.With the third "Die by the..." demo/EP the Swords return in their new incarnation slower, heavier and more melodic - clichéd, but true - preparing to pillage the land with live shows.The Swords of Mars were forged in 2001 in the furnaces of Hellsinki. At first churning out balls-out stoner rock, theyve slowed down with each release culminating in the latest three song and seventeen minute long offering to the Riff.With shows already lined up for 2007 and a couple of new dirges already under their belt, the Swords are honed and sharper than ever.
