Biography

A Hellsinki located raw glam / punk / hard Rock N Roll band was founded in 2003. Louder and more reckless than ever, bands like The Stones, Stooges, N.Y. Dolls, Smack etc. are updated into this day. Stereo Junks carries the torch of Rock N Roll tradition adding the new fresh sound and flavour into it with real passion and attitude. Singer and songwriter Anzi Destruction is the one behind Stereo Junks..s impressive songs. This wild hearted front man leads Stereo Junks with his eyes tight on the road and is always looking for something new to make the best out of the band. Stereo Junks is known from their smashing hard live energy which won’t leave anyone cold. That has been shown real for many times in their native country Finland, their noisy and confusing tour in India in 2003 and tours in England, Germany and France in 2006. Stereo Junks has made their self finished single "Shut up N Sit Down", Live album "Living Bomb" and E.P "Suicide Angels" which has recieved excited feedback in media.

Year 2007 Stereo Junks turned another page in their book when Spanish guitarist CharlyB and local drummer Alarik Valamo joined the forces with Anzi and Deville, making the band sound more melodic, heavier and tighter. With this new line up they have already recorded new songs and material that will see the daylight by the end of a fall 2008.

First single "Chemistry", introduces new side of Stereo Junks: Same mean machine sound with dirty and nasty 70's punk and 80's rock combined with the sound of today.

New songs were recorded at Bad Habit and Seawolf Studios together with Sammy Aaltonen and mixed by producer Johnny Lee Michaels at Helsinki Underground Studios. Currently the band is touring and preparing next release.
