Status Minor begun forming in the beginning of year 2003 as guitarist Sami Saarinen and drummer Timo Hanhijoki started jamming together. As spring turned to summer, the group was contacted by basist Marko Kolehmainen and keyboard player Jukka Karinen and the band was almost ready to go. Biography
Status Minor begun forming in the beginning of year 2003 as guitarist Sami Saarinen and drummer Timo Hanhijoki started jamming together. As spring turned to summer, the group was contacted by basist Marko Kolehmainen and keyboard player Jukka Karinen and the band was almost ready to go. Only problem left was that of finding a singer.
In spring 2005 Timo Hanhijoki decided to move on and left Status Minor. At last, summer 2005 Status Minor found drummer Perttu Helin and singer Markku Kuikka and things really started to look and sound good.
At august 2007 Perttu Helin decided to move and he left the band. New drummer found easily from Tampere. Rolf Pilve joins Status Minor at october 2007
