Murdread

Biography

Murdread was formed in 1999, played Thrash-metal with lyricals mostly about horror and vengeance. Main songwriting were made by Tom Gardiner (lead and rhythm guitar, bass, backing vocals)and Jaakko Talvitie (vocals, rhythm guitar).
The band wanted to make a mixture of old school and modern death metal, played very heavy stuff which their addet to Tom Gardiners awesome leads and melodies.
Miikka Hietanen played bass in Murdread for a few months in 2000, but soon he left the band and was replaced by Kangas, Tom handled the Bass duties right then at the studio. In 2004 Miikka returned to the band as fill- in bass player for live shows.
