Biography
In the beginning there were three childhood friends who had been playing their whole lives - Pekka Sauvolainen, Riku Syrjä and Jaan "Jankku" Pöldsam. Once they tried playing together; in -95, but it didn´t work out (they were too young amateurs except Pekka, who had some experience) then they growed as musicians and as individuals, and served many bands along the road to get where they are now...
One day when Jankku and Riku reminisced their failed projects; the loss of players and training places, the idea was born: what about some old additude with Pekka on the Bass (he`s really a drumplayer -but can he handle a bass?)? They called him up and the answer was "Hell yeah, let´s try!" and they managed to get training place at the core of Hellsinki ...and the feast was served.
First they warmed up some riffs that they had in mind, and jammed a little. They constructed a few songs while jamming, that they thought needed some more sounds in ´em. Riku had in mind he´s old bandmate Matias Tuominen. He called him up to check whether he had any interests of joining in, which he had.
The division was growing and finding a singer proved to be hard: first there was Kari Kräkin (that didn´t work out), the hunt went on without results. Then, one day Topi came along with Pekka just to hang out at their rehersals, and the question popped up: can he sing? Quality aggression came out and the answer was hell yeah! But in the studio the bad news came; he had to move away to study, and that wasn´t good. Matias got bored of the bad luck and stepped aside.
Their hunt continued and their singer was closer than they thought: their hangout buddie Kaapro Ikonen! He showed them brilliant attitude singing and became a member of the division. But the loss of Matias was depressing and Riku contacted him once again, with the good news. After Matias heard Kaapros rage he came back.. and that was good. Now the division is full and the riot begins!...
