Funebre biography
Renowned Deathcore band FUNEBRE operated out of Turku between 1988 and 1991. In that time two demos, the 1989 debut ‘Cranial Torment’, follow up Expunging Mortalities 1990 session and a 7” EP ‘Brainspoon’ were issued. The 1991 album ‘Children Of The Scorn’, released by Spinefarm Records, was produced by STRATOVARIUS guitarist Timo Tolkki.The FUNEBRE credited Seppo Kittilä would also operate as drummer for MONSTROSITY. Ex-FUNEBRE guitarist Samppa Haapio scored credits with INTERMENT.
