Fill Yourself biography
Fall 2004: Fill Yourself was founded by Hannu, Jake and Anssi. They trained in Pasilan nuorisotalo and got noted everytime for playing too loud. Early 2005: Another guitarist was needed so our good friend Pasi was a natural choice, so he joined the band. Later that year songs started to sound like shit without vocals so Juissi joined to mourn and scream some lyrics.Late 2005: F.Y. recorded some songs at their training facilities and played their first show in Finnegans, Hyrylä.October 2006: Fill Yourself’s first demo was recorded and it’s out now! Fall 2007: BACK IN BUSINESS!!! New gigs on the way and we just finished recordings for our next demo. Be sure that you will come back soon!March 2008: Brand new songs out!

Biography
